The Avatar® Professional Course is available to any Master who has completed The Avatar® Master Course.
For the lowest pricing in 2018 and 2019, be sure that your:

Note to Reviewing Masters:
Reviewers who stay outside the host hotel are required to pay a $250 production fee. Staying outside the host hotel includes not only staying elsewhere, but also staying at the hotel and not being included in the Star’s Edge room block, as when you book through some other discount program. Reserve early to avoid the production fee. Star’s Edge has reserved a large block of rooms but cannot guarantee reviewers will have a room in the room block. Reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Course confirmations will be sent 30 days prior to the course.
All courses are delivered in English as well as the host country’s language. Star’s Edge will provide a translator for any language with a minimum of five new registrants requiring translation for that language. Course materials are available in Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish.
Express Registration is reserved for any student who has paid in full at least seven days in advance. VIP treatment. No long registration lines. Bring your Star’s Edge receipt or bank confirmation receipt if your payment was bankwired.
Registration will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, the day before the course. Late arrivals may register at 8:00 am the morning of the course.
Reviewer Registration: All reviewers must be there at start of the course, but may leave early.
Hotel Accommodations and Transportation
Please send your accommodations form to the appropriate place by the registration deadline to ensure that you will have a room when you arrive. Complete the form, paying special attention to the details—meal plans, arrival and departure dates, special needs. Indicate these clearly on your form. Please note that all room rates are per person.
Regarding roommate requests, it is always best to create your own roommate(s). This way, you can align on arrival and departure dates and how many will share the room.
If you would like Star’s Edge to find you a roommate(s), we will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that we cannot guarantee alignment of your roommate’s arrival/departure dates and your requested number of roommates, but again, we will do our best to honor your request.
Submitting your registration and accommodations forms as early as possible will support your accommodation's primary. If you have a secondary about your accommodation's submission, last-minute changes can be handled the first day of the course at the accommodations table on-site.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card: Please submit your credit card payment request in writing at least 14 days prior to course start date. Be sure to include the card number, expiration date, CVV#, amount of charge and the signature and billing address of the card holder. Star’s Edge accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diner’s Club.
You may pay in advance by bankwire. A copy of the bank transfer should be mailed/ faxed to Star’s Edge when the transfer is completed. Please bring the confirmation from the bank with you for Express Registration.
